Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you are unable to make on time, please call us at least 24-hours before the appointment to reschedule.

If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment time, you may have to be rescheduled.

If your appointment is 30 minutes or longer, we may request a credit card number to hold the appointment. You will not be charged unless you fail to cancel within 24 hours.

If you miss an appointment and do not let us know within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $15 Cancellation Fee.
